Dates and Nuts and some dried fruits
This part of the buffet area was frequented by Indians. I tried their breakfast. It was not spicy I suppose but they are also fun of eating sweets.

Bacolod

Morning at the city of smiles has always been great with a hefty breakfast. This was my experience when I checked-in at LFisher Hotel, Bacolod. It always excites me every time I go back to this place. There is a charm that differ Bacolod city from any other cities. Starting the day right with a good breakfast at this very nice place will truly complete your day.

Yummy Breakfast at LFisher
LFisher serves buffet breakfast. At first, I started up with coffee, juice, omelet, toast. For the omelet, I asked cook to add all of the vegetables (onion, tomatoes, pepper, mushrooms) and put some extra cheese. No meat. It was a tasty omelet that neutralized your taste after eating the toast with jam.

Buffet Breakfast at LFisher
Since I am a Filipino, starting the day right with no rice is not right. So, I again went to the buffet and had my viand and rice. This time it sausage, fish, corned beef and scrambled eggs. Not to mention my refill of coffee. Two plates in one sitting was a heavy breakfast. It was enough to fuel my day for my city trip.

LFisher hotel is a very nice and elegant hotel in Bacolod. It is located along Locsin street. It occupies one street block at the area. Check out my shot at the rooftop of their Chalet. It’s a new part of the hotel. They have a restaurant that serves cocktails. In the morning before breakfast, I go there for a 1 hour treadmill. They also have a spa and a saloon. It is also the venue of some of the prestigious events such as Miss Earth.

Palawan

During my stay in Palawan, I always started my day with a hefty breakfast at Tanglaw. This is necessary to fuel up for a along and adventuresome day in the place.

What I like during my stay there is the sumptuous variety of food in the buffet table. It ranges from American, European and Filipino favorites. Vegetable salad is also available for the diet conscious. They also have a local delicacy and some Filipino favorites such as puto’t cutchinta. Another factor is there ambiance and superb service. No wonder people were taking there breakfast luxuriously and graciously.
Breakfast has never been delicious if you have it beside the beach overlooking the Bay of Ormoc. This is our breakfast experience at Sabin Resort Hotel. In our way to Tacloban, we passed by Ormoc city for a sumptuous breakfast by the bay. I ordered for tapa and my friend ordered for danggit. The danggit is as big as my palm and the taste was so heavenly good. It was a very good breakfast and the view of Ormoc bay was spectacular. The moment is something that you cannot just have when you are in the Metro area.
Of course, the best partner for this is a steaming hot cup of native chocolate. As a dessert, they served the famous SAL pineapple compliment of the house.
Where to Find
Sabin Resort and Hotel is located at Bantigue, Ormoc City, Leyte. It is a famous destination at the place and the food is really reasonable and delicious. I like going there because I am a lover of antique furniture and I really appreciate good wood.
Breakfast at Sabin is truly and very good experience not only for the delicious food but for the ambiance that it has a spectacular view. It is something that you will be coming back again and again.
