There are many varieties of beef soup dishes. In Davao, this restaurant has formulated its own and called it Bulca Chong in year 2000. It cannot be compared to Bulalo because the soup is thick and the taste is different. The soup is also reddish and a little bit gingerly in taste. But this is very delicious. The soup is rich blended with meat. The main part of the soup is Carabao meat. It is a little bit similar to Kansi in Iloilo. This is one unique soup and a must try most specially for Bulalo Lovers.
Bulca Chong is located at General Luna at the heart of Davao,s down town area near Gaisano Illustre. The best of Davao is not only fruits but also the rich talents and culinary masterpieces their restaurants has to offer.
